Holistic Safety:  It is vital that kids, families and staff members feel safe at all times. This includes feeling safe physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially.

Unconditional Positive Regard:  Learning can be challenging, but it is important to make it enjoyable. Unconditional positive regard means kindness and compassion are practiced within every learning stride. We require all staff to support with patience, love and empathy.

Goal Guidance:  For maximum confidence and understanding it is fundamental that we work as a team towards achieving goals that have been made with the children's best interest in mind by families and other support providers.

Equality:  It is mandatory that all family and staff members are treated with kindness, compassion and equal respect. It is our duty to ensure all members feel a sense of safety and equality.

Education:  All staff members are required to put the effort into the services we provide. We believe actively participating in team meetings, watching informative presentations and updating knowledge through course advancement are all very important and we strive to practice these learning techniques on a regular basis.
